I have been teaching for more than 20 years - my sessions are uplifting and inspiring at all levels from GCSE to University.
My approach is very multicultural and will involve examples from all kinds of sources to help you learn - and help you want to learn more.
My students are currently aged 18 to 75 - from the Open University to a Chinese University (University of Economics in Haikou) and for professional classes in Beijing.Teaching is as enjoyable all round face to face, 1 to one ( I have lectured for classes as big as 250 and still kept everyone highly entertained and fulfilled) hybrid and totally online. My videos and presentations are illustrative and informative
My children are 16 and 18 so I am very familiar with DofE, GCSE and A levels as well as degree and postgraduate curricula.
Photography practice and theory is my main subject (I have work in Tate Britain) and I was the Head of Film and Photography at the University of Westminster and can teach film. My English language skills are amazing so I can help there as well.
You will enjoy interactive session to help you to develop your skills to understand complex subjects so your work both written and practical will be of the highest order. Teaching in small groups will be highly enlivening - with everyones voice being heard and valued - you will gain and grow in confidence - I will along the way enable you to be a great speaker and presenter like me!
