Having taught Theology and Philosophy GCSE, IB and A Level at a top UK independent boarding school, I am excited to be moving into private tutoring. I am meticulous with detail that will enable you to succeed, as well as ensuring you thrive in an environment where you learn to love these subjects too. This will enable you not only to achieve highly in your exams, but build beyond that into thinking like an experienced philosopher and theologian.

I have both a highly positive and academic approach to lessons, with excellent knowledge of my subject, to ensure strong progress. We will tailor lessons in a wider planned schedule to map what you ought to focus on most. We shall ensure your knowledge is clear with short exercises and detailed topic recapping, and moving into focused past paper and exam prep in the approach your exam season. This is proven to have the greatest effect on your results in the end, but I shall make sure we get there with excitement and assurance. I will also invite you to engage with first year university reading around the main texts of your A Level/IB to strengthen your knowledge around topics, and drive you into a deep knowledge of P&T that marks future success too.
