Teaching is an art that also has to be mastered. There are many ways of teachings but for me the most important is to get to know my students as they all have different strengths and weaknesses and my job is to identify them to be able to provide the necessary level of teachings and know what type of techniques and best approach will be.

Knowing the key facts of listening and understanding emotions is the best way to not push your student to hard but at the same time make the most out of his strengths.
