My name is Andrea and I am originally from Mexico! I speak four languages and I would love that you workout with me! ??
I am patient, caring and empathic but when it comes to teaching and exercising I like going full on! ?? wether you have 1 hour to workouts or 30 minutes you really have to make the time count!

A lot of people thinks pilates is boring, easy and chill but I want to show you how wrong these people is. With Pilates you can get toned without weight lifting and without high impact exercises, which makes it perfect for people with knee, back or any other problems. I promise you, it is going to hurt, you are gonna be soared BUT the results will show!
I personally like to mix pilates with sometimes HIIT as I secretly hate doing cardio, but HIIT is just straightforward and quick! and trust me you can burn even more calories when it is done properly! :)
Oh yeah, some lessons will be easier don’t worry! Stretching is also necessary for the body! ??
