Andrea Kong is an EMCC certified Professional Coach and Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner Coach. She has been a guest Coach for Yale Global Network for Advanced Management in Advance Conflict Transformation for Leaders Course and a guest Team Coach for MBA Course at Japan Hitotsubashi University of Business.

With 16 years of management and business operation experience, she has her own business to provide English to Chinese translation services for cooperate trainings, and on top of that, she’s now using coaching technique to enable seasoned and emerging leaders to enhance their best selves and create a positive ripple effect across their teams and organizations.

Andrea was an Education & Operation Director at an English training school before she starts her own business, and experienced in cross-culture communication. She delivers leadership development programs, mindfulness in leadership and positive psychology programs, and passionate about supporting companies in building their own team coaching cultures.
