When I teach, my online classroom is not my classroom; it is the students classroom. Together we explore the topic at hand whether it be Macbeth's criminal Behavior in Shakespeare's play, or how to remember and spell a group of words in the column of word families. English is English and it doesn't have to be dry in presentation. I am a media person and love to explore all types of media: text online, video, YouTube and passages from books on tape. Plus lots and lots of word games. This is where my students come alive and have fun inventing language and playing with words. I love to watch them learn and enjoy themselves! About me I am what you call a lifelong learner and a scholar. I received a four-year scholarship from the University of Connecticut and a two-year Fellowship from Central Connecticut State University. It's always been my passion to discover new truths and new ideas and inventions. I am a published poet, professional storyteller, professional writer, former professional dancer, and of course an artist and teacher I always look at life as having more than one way of seeing the truth. Life is an enigma and a playground. Life is a puzzle and a challenge. Every time you conquer a challenge of any kind, you are growing as a human being. There is only one type of human and One race, the human race. The human race of many colors like a rainbow in the spacious sky.
