I started tutoring with maths in high school. Eventually I continued to informally help my course mates with their subjects, helping particularly with maths, statistics, economics and financial derivatives.

I started tutoring with maths in high school. Eventually I continued to informally help my course mates with their subjects, helping particularly with maths, statistics, economics and financial derivatives.

When I teach I focus on explaining the underlying intuition behind why a formula or concept works the way it does. To do this effectively I first try to understand where someone is struggling in particular, and then try to explain that part logically and mechanically so that the rest of the concept clicks.
