I have a good record of achieving a high level and confidence with the student(s) I work with because I take the time to understand what they find difficult about the English language, and there is a lot that does seem difficult and challenging!
I am very attentive in making the learning fit what the students need rather than just teaching and hoping they will follow. Because I have a high level of emotional intelligence this comes naturally and the students benefit greatly from my approach.
