I make sure to speak French as much as possible throughout the lesson to encourage the student to do the same, as long as we understand each other.
The lessons focus on conversation, pronunciation, and confidence-building in helping you to speak French effectively.
We also focus on understanding French grammar and how it differs from English.
I like to use movie extracts or songs, it's good for vocabulary and grammar placed in context.
We concentrate on speaking and listening during the lesson and reading and writing for homework.
I check the level of knowledge in each class before introducing a new topic.
I encourage students to be creative with the language and to be active in their own learning process.
