Welcome to your piano lesson! My name is Anastacia Tolstonog and I am a professional pianist and instructor with 21 years of experience. I am excited to work with you and help you reach your musical goals.

During our lessons, we will focus on building a solid foundation of technique and theory, while also exploring different styles and genres of music. I believe that each student is unique, so I will tailor our lessons to your individual needs and interests.

At the beginning of each lesson, we will start with a warm-up exercise to get our fingers moving and our minds focused. Then, we will dive into the material for that day, whether it's working on a specific piece, learning a new concept, or practicing scales and arpeggios. I will provide you with clear explanations and demos, and we will work together to ensure that you understand and can execute the material effectively.

I encourage you to bring any questions or concerns you may have to our lessons, and I will do my best to provide helpful feedback and guidance. I want you to leave each lesson feeling motivated and confident in your progress of mastering the piano.

Throughout our time together, it is important that you also practice consistently outside of our lessons. I will provide you with assignments and resources to help you continue your growth and development as a pianist.
