To make it more readable and simple, I will use bullet points:
1. Discuss with the student the topics they struggle in
2. Have bootcamps to help through those topics
3. Track students assessment dates and begin training for those according to those dates
4. Focus on exam papers closer to the exams
5. Focus on conceptual learning and reinforce the Forgetting Curve technique in learning (repeat...
