Hi I’m Anaiya a friendly, kind and patient tutor, who aims to support GCSE and A-level students academically by providing a number of resources. Science and maths are usually tricky subjects but I am able to explain complex concepts in simple terms and adapt my teaching methods to suit individuals, which increases my students grades.

I also focus on exam preparation in my lessons as I know the syllabus very well, giving my students the best revision strategies and exam techniques which will allow students to feel comfortable, confident and prepared in exams. My lessons are student centred and increase a students confidence and ability to understand content, allowing them to perform better in school.

I received 3 A*’s at A-level including biology, maths and chemistry and 9 A*s and A’s at GCSE. I have been a tutor for 3 years and have tutored 8 students and allowed them to reach their full potential and increase their grades. A lot of my students see me as a mentor as I always offer advice when it comes to personal statements, sixth form and university applications. I always want my students to aim high so I motivate them if I can see they are losing focus.
