I'm currently living in Valencia doing private tutoring in my spare time. I am a certified English teacher with experience teaching both adults and children of all levels in a private academy in Valencia last autumn. Before I came to Valencia, I completed a degree in English literature and Sociology in Trinity College, Dublin.
I hold a Level 5 TEFL qualification, I have EU citizenship and speak Spanish. My level 5 TEFL qualification was 168 hours in length and taught me how to use TEFL resources effectively and classroom management strategies. I learnt how to teach receptive skills (listening and reading) and productive skill (speaking and writing) in a way that is both informal and fun.
