Hello! I am a Clinical Art Therapist and Counselor looking to meet students who are in need of Mindfulness! The world can become overwhelming and stress can challenge our every day lives. I’m here to take a moment out of the day to relax the mind and utilize techniques from my training to help others. I am offering online private lessons with either the comfort of your home or even an outside spot! It would be awesome to bring in arts and crafts to the lesson as well as I know brief directives that could truly enhance your mood and overall day!
