I have expertise in a wide range of pedagogical methods and practices. I will begin sessions with a review of targets which we'll set together. Then I will use verbal explanations and visual prompts to help you understand the idea being taught. I will ask questions to help deepen understanding and for formative assessment. I finish sessions with a task for you to demonstrate what you have learnt where you'll have the chance to reflect on how you learnt. Each session will embed lots of retrieval practice to help long-term memory. Any exam questions practices will be relevant to your exam board.
