I have trained at leading drama schools in the uk. I am currently studying at royal Birmingham conservatoire on the BA acting course and previously at East 15 acting school on the Cert HE course (foundation in acting). I have also trained for many years in singing and musical theatre. I have achieved a distinction in my grade 6 and 7 lamda exams in acting.
I would plan the lessons towards the students needs and goals and help assist them in achieving those goals.
I am someone who listens well and wants to bring confidence to students hoping they leave the lesson learning something and feeling encouraged to learn more.
I work well with all levels of experience and ages. I have trained in many techniques of acting so I can bring many options to the lessons and see what works best for the student.
Accents, Shakespeare, sonnets, monologues, singing, acting through song, theory on acting and drama, improvisation, text work, scene work; these are just some of the areas I can teach in my lessons.
