I use a multitude of learning approaches including (but not limited to) presentations, workshops, fun quizzes to keep you on your toes and practice for exams where necessary. I am a Masters educated historian with a wide ranging understanding of history from the ancient world to modern day, with specialties in ancient civilisations and the First and Second World Wars. Throughout my student life, i experienced several different ways of learning that have allowed me to find the most effective ways of retaining information that work for a multitude of people. I am willing to adapt my work in a way that suits my students and allows them to take the most from our sessions and help them to achieve their goals whether it be learning a new topic or expand their knowledge on a topic they love. I can help with learning and can also guide through revision techniques that will help those who need to pass formal exams. I can also help with guidance through homework assignments, exam style writing and one off revision sessions for those who feel they need extra. For those who need a little more guidance, I can provide written and visual materials that can be carried out after the session. I can also provide presentations and materials without the need for a video-call for those who like to work in their own time but need a guided work schedule and materials to keep them on track.
