I hold an MA in Yoga and Meditation Traditions from SOAS, University of London. My academic work explores the evolution of yoga asana, and the role of spirituality in illness, health and healing. My passion lies in the body, in its movement, its relationship to nature, to health, illness, and healing.
I have been practising yoga for over 15 years. My teaching style encompasses my love for both dynamic movement and deep rest, understanding the importance of balance and equilibrium for a healthy body and mind.
I have studied an extensive variety of yoga styles, including Maha Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Pregnancy & Postnatal yoga, Kriya/Kundalini, Hot Yoga, Astanga, and Yoga Nidra. I also study and teach Buddhist meditation and mindfulness practices.
