I will first get to know you and what you would like to get out of your lessons! My sessions are centred around the student for them to get the most out of our time together.

I would advise the student to always bring the work they have done in school to the lesson so that I have a thorough understanding of what they need to include in their work. For example, notes on their performance coursework.

Before our first lesson, it would be very beneficial for me to know what exam board you are learning from and what material (plays) you are looking at.

I like to teach actively- using mind maps, drawing, association revision, etc. this is beneficial to the student as it triggers what I have taught them (very helpful in their exams)!
