My educational background includes three Masters. My first master qualification was in political science, the second one in Public Management from Harvard University and the third and most recent in Education from Queens University of Belfast. I have received trainings in law, project management and education.

Teaching is my passion, analyses and communication are my strongest skills and seeing my students prosper my greatest joy. I have been a voluntary teacher since my college days. I moved to private tuitions and since 2011 I have been training teachers and civil servants. My experience is varied, as English teacher, Business teacher and as trainer. My students have achieved success and give positive feedback. I use diagnostic assessment for determining the needs of the students and then make lessons plan. I often use presentations, videos, worksheets, essays, mock tests and formative assessment and detailed feedback.

I believe in delivering personalised content and am flexible with format. Understanding and listening to the student needs is my strength. For university students, I have used lectures supported by PowerPoint, coupled with quizzes. I find question answer sessions extremely useful for adult students. I have used diagnostic assessments for training of teachers, followed with PPTs . Used presentations to assess improvement in their learning. I have taught them language, pedagogy and leadership and research skills. I have been the civil servants in English language presentation skills, business analysis, management including finance and human resource management, research skills and evidence-based policy.

I have taught secondary and primary level students too. Most recently I have worked as voluntary teacher for primary school students in homework club in Belfast City Council.
