Amren Singh

I have a 7 (A* equivalent at A-Level) in IB HL and a 9 at GCSE and am going on to read History at university next year. I would love to teach History to younger students and share my love and passion for the subject.

However, my strengths are not limited there:

I received ten 9s at GCSE and one 8. And 3 A*s and 3 As at IB (A-Level equivalent).

I have studied in private education for the past 15 years and have learnt a great deal throughout my education and would love to teach the next generation of avid (or reluctant!) students.

I am more than happy to do online and in person lessons (within a reasonable distance + petrol fee)


I would look to building a student’s knowledge of the area, as well as develop the necessary analytical and research skills at their particular level. I pride myself on my thoroughness and willingness to further myself and others as a student. I will also help to develop note taking & making skills that can be applied in any areas of study. Essentially, I hope to not only improve a student’s ability in the subject but also improve their academic maturity and ability in general.

I am versatile in what I’m able to teach, whether that concerns physics, chemistry, biology, history or even Latin, English, and others.
