exchange of best practices and a lifelong love of learning.

Real-world experience is the best teacher because it is hands-on and deals directly with our senses. It is also important because we often don't truly understand something until we have done it ourselves. When we learn from books, our lessons are ideas, so they don't always easily translate into actions.

Besides that, Teaching experience is the culmination of skills, exposure or training acquired over time that enables you to perform an existing job better or prepare you for a teaching position. You acquire teaching experience through different avenues, some less common than other.

Good teachers can identify the individual learning needs of their students while also creating lesson plans that cater to their academic styles. For example, some students may learn best in a lecture classroom whereas other students are better able to grasp information with hands-on learning opportunities.

Finally experience responsibilities are; develops, plans, and implements curriculum, lesson plans, and educational programs for student audiences within areas of expertise. Advises, tests, and teaches students audiences in a variety of academic subjects. Presents and reinforces learning concepts within a specified subject or subject area.
