over the past few years, I have gained diverse work experience in various fields. I currently work in a primary school as a SEN one to one a and teaching assistant. I currently enjoy my role in a school and would like to take my skills further. I enjoy tutoring people because of the personal rewards that it provides for the student and myself. I have learnt how to interact with students and keep them engaged during their extra hours of teaching. My lessons will be fun and engaging for individuals. I believe in making learning interactive and enjoyable. I often incorporate a variety of methods to keep students engaged. For instance, I might use technology educational apps to make learning more interesting. I also try to relate the subject matter to real life scenarios whenever possible, as I find that this helps students understand the practical application of what they are learning. I often use quizzes, games and other interactive activities to review and reinforce the concepts we've covered. I understand that some students might be introverted or shy, and it is important to respect their personality traits while helping them grow. I usually start by understanding their interests outside of academics. I also ensure that I praise their efforts regularly, not just their achievements, to build their confidence. watching individuals develop and grow in learning makes me happy and I want the best for all my students and I will make sure they receive a positive outcome. :)
