Ammarah Shakoor

The main focus of my lessons is doing as many practice questions as possible to understand and consolidate your knowledge. I will first ask you a few questions about a topic to see how much you know, don’t worry about getting things wrong, that’s what I’m here for! I will then teach you the topics that you are not comfortable with and then we will do lots of questions until you are confident with the topic. Lessons can be altered to suit the needs of each individual student. I have previously taught students maths, chemistry and biology ranging from KS3 to A-level. I have studied all 3 subjects at A-level and I am currently undergoing a bachelor degree in chemistry. At first, Maths can be a very daunting subject but once you start to grasp the main concepts it becomes rather enjoyable! I understand how hard maths can be and I am here to help you on that journey.
