These are the key elements which I used in my teaching method
Important soft skills include time management skills, leadership skills, having a strong work ethic, problem solving abilities, high emotional intelligence, and possessing the knowledge and adaptability.

In my experience, the most effective way to teach children English is to firstly determine the learning method that best suits the child. For example, there are a number of ways to teach children to read in English. Some children respond very well to the phonics approach and learn to read through sounding out individual words. Others really struggle with this method and learn best through whole word recognition. Still others love to spell out the letters of a word to learn the meaning.
Plan more activities for learning, like group works, hangman, quizzes etc. Do more character and learnability building exercises and once that is done, the rest just follows.
Try to be a friend to them. How you behave, the same they follow. So be careful about your behavior in the first place.
Appreciate their efforts. Motivate.
Model a positive attitude for them. The way you react to a situation will be his/her model on how to react to life events.
Believe in the ability of the child/student. Children will experience failers and we need to encourage them to keep trying.
Problem-based learning presents students with real-world problems to solve, encouraging them to think critically and apply their knowledge to real-world situations.
