I teach in-person lessons with the use of a virtual learning space. The virtual learning space acts as a virtual whiteboard. Using the virtual whiteboard, I do handwritten notes on my iPad as I am teaching the student, which the student accesses through their laptop. This method is much better than traditional whiteboard teaching, as the notes I write when teaching are permanent, and better presented. They do not disappear as they are written and saved virtually, which offers 2 major benefits:

1) the student can access the notes whenever they want, inside or outside of the lesson for revision
2) the student does not waste time re-writing the lesson notes within the paid session. This gives more time to do exam style questions, which is far superior for helping a student boost their grades and makes the lessons more efficient. The student does not need to write out notes because the virtual learning space means my lessons do not disappear when I leave the session.
