I used to teach my friends during my high school years. I was appointed as a Young Teacher for Mathematics in which I was given the trust to teach it to a whole class in the place of a teacher. In my lessons, I prefer to give step-by-step calculations. For instance, how to derive the information from the given questions and steps to use it to get the answer. However, I'm open to any other format of lessons as long as it won't go over the boundaries between a teacher and a student.
In addition, I love to answer any questions that you have during the lesson. To me, it's better to have a two-way communication where we discuss the questions and think about the solutions together. My goal isn't to make sure you get the answer but my goal is to ensure understanding of getting the answer. You can't apply the same final answer to every problem but you can apply the same understanding to get the answer to every other problem.
