Here is a place for you to unwind and allow your mind to relax. I focus on yin / restorative yoga and encourage the freedom to flow with gentle and consistent guidance from me. We will journey together through a holistic approach to yoga, nourishing the mind - body - spirit by incorporating mindfulness and deep breathing into our practice. I always include some positive and healing affirmations, and play healing frequencies throughout to cleanse old energy and raise our vibrational energy higher and higher. The result is a state of alignment, higher vibration and a heightened awareness of the possibilities for joy and beauty all around you. I will guide you gently through a series of simple, and some more challenging yoga poses, designed to open the chakras and release stagnation. This allows our energy to flow through us freely, unrestricted, and floods the body with new lifeforce, ideas and vitality, as well as a deep sense of peace, calm and collectedness. We end the class with a deeply relaxing savasana meditation practice that will anchor us into the present moment and will leave you feeling deeply grounded and peaceful, with new insights and wisdom gained from your spiritual practice, and most importantly, you will feel glowing and empowered.
