A typical lesson is divided in a few parts:
- Assessing the learner's need and knowledge of the language;
- Start a conversation structured on learner's interest and level;
- practicing listening
- work on grammar
- practicing the language through role play
- home work/revision

I have been working in the non-formal education sector for over 18 years and I have been teaching English and Italian to adults with low literacy. I am very used and I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds. I always put the learner at the centre of the lesson and I structure it based on their needs.
