I am an A level student currently holding university offers from Edinburgh, Warwick, Exeter, and have completed an interview at Cambridge to which I am waiting for a result from. I have years of experience tutoring students at my school in a variety of subjects, and aiding them with developing long lasting revision methods and teaching content. I am especially adept in essay based subjects, and I am best equipped teaching students how to plan, write, and score highly on longer mark answers. Being a student myself I understand the pressures and commitments of school life - this means my tutoring sessions will be a mix of relaxed and intense depending on the tutees needs that session - for example, if they have a homework assignment due I can help them with that, or we can work on their exam syllabi! In a tutoring session I will use a combination of powerpoint, online activities and written tasks to cement knowledge. Currently being a student enables me to connect with tutees and help them understand knowledge in a relatable and reliable way. Having achieved near perfect scores in my GCSE subjects for which I received 9s, I am confident that my methods are successful and work.
