I try my best to be innovative and keep the interest of students. I play the strengths while focusing on the weak points to bring out the best in my students.
I make elaborate notes and power point slides which are given as a part of my lesson plans and take frequent quizzes to monitor the progress of the students.
I encourage the students to take my constructive criticism on their progress in an optimistic way and use it for their betterment.
