We incorporate a variety of yoga styles and techniques, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, so that you can find the practice that feels best for you. You'll explore different yoga poses and sequences to help you deepen your practice and connect with your body.
Power of breath:
In our breathwork classes, we explore the power of the breath to help calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and increase energy and focus. We offer a range of techniques, including pranayama, guided meditations, and visualization exercises, to help you deepen your connection to your breath and cultivate a sense of inner peace and well-being.

My experience and education: I'm a certified yoga teacher with over Eight years of experience teaching yoga and breathwork to students of all levels. I have been practicing yoga from a young age and it has become a part of my life. I completed my teacher training at a renowned yoga school and have continued to deepen my practice and knowledge through additional training and workshops. My passion for yoga and breathwork shines through in every class, and I'm committed to helping my students discover the transformative power of these practices.
