I design and deliver step-by-step painting and drawing lessons that emphasize creativity, technique, education, and enjoyment in a supportive and inspiring atmosphere. My goal is to help students build confidence in their artistic abilities while making the learning process engaging and accessible.

Each lesson is tailored to individual needs, whether you’re a beginner looking to develop foundational skills or an experienced artist refining your techniques. You’ll receive personalized guidance in drawing (pencil, charcoal, pen & ink, etc.), acrylic painting, or watercolour, with a focus on colour theory, composition, and various painting and drawing techniques.

I believe in flexibility and exploration—you’ll have the freedom to start with a preferred medium and the option to switch as your interests at your pace as you evolve. If you’d like to experiment with different artistic styles, I encourage that! We can explore anything from realism to impressionism to surrealism. I also have experience in digital art, so lessons can be adapted for students using illustration tablets or other digital tools.

My teaching approach is relaxed, encouraging, and adaptable. We’ll work together to create a customized lesson plan that fits your learning pace, whether you prefer structured exercises or a more open-ended, expressive approach. You’ll also have the option to work on specific projects, whether it’s realism, surrealism, abstract art, or a mix!
