I would asses students' ability, understanding and progress in each lesson to begin my maths questions and examples. If students struggle in medium level question, I would retest their basic concept and guide them until they are able to tackle the average level questions. For high achievers, I would mostly focus on assisting them on exam questions and exam techniques including time-management.

I am also a highly organised person who used to be the school basketball team captain, school prefect and volunteer outside school. Managing to to handle multiple responsibilities as well as my studies equipped me to be a conscientious person.
