I have worked within education and training for the past 20 years. Working for small private companies and also in partnership with Oxfordshire County Council within their learning support team.

I aim to support learners needs by creating a positive, warm friendly environment. I aim to personalise all session and create a bespoke provision to enhance the understanding of various subjects.

I have experience ranging from educational needs in primary schools to elite sports performers within the premier league and all levels in between.

I have supported English and Maths, led on subjects in sport and anatomy from level two to foundation degree. I have also worked with apprentices for many years offering in the job education and support within the working environment.

I am keen to help, support or assist learners in many qualifications.

I currently internally quality assure the Sporting Elite Performance qualification for Pearson - the biggest education company in the world. I work closely with assessors and football clubs to ensure the standards are met to the awarding bodies satisfaction.

I have a degree in broadcasting and media and a UEFA A licence coaching award. I am happy in either environment and would be comfortable supporting anyone embarking on a career in those industries.

However it’s not just those industries that my experience lies, I have delivered customer services, business administration and traineeships within the workplace. Those qualifications offer an insight into education in the workplace and provide learners with transferable skills useful in any industry.
