I obtained my Master’s degree in philology (English and French languages and literature) from the Humanitarian University of Sevastopol in 2011. After graduation, I worked at school with children from 7 till 16 years old and prepared students for examinations. During this period I started working in IT companies, increasing the fluency of the employees and also providing Interviews for new candidates. I was working some IT companies before I opened my language school in 2015 - RedBus language courses. As an executive, I was developing the organisation of the company, building the date base, organising the events (for students and parents) and the accounting process.
Additionally, my past experience include voluntary work with students from a music school that I finished in 2004 (10-15 years-olds). In order to increase my skills, I was working as a tutor with executives from different companies. In 2019 I got a certificate from Penn (University of Pennsylvania) - “English for Business and Entrepreneurship”.
In 2020 I got CELTA certificate (full course face-to-face) from Stafford school International (London).
