My name is Aliyu Tukur from the federal republic of Nigeria, a graduate of Kuwait University. I spend ten years in the state of Kuwait, which is located in the Arabian gulf region, I did my secondary and tertiary education in Kuwait city. I have been working as a teacher since the year 2013. I teach Arabic language and Islamic studies. I prefer teaching matured persons. Although I have many years working experience as primary school teacher. Teaching methods vary according to age group and educational level. My best method is in form of interaction. If there is interaction between teacher and students, then learning will be easier. I teach Arabic language starting with basic things, that is, how to identify and read Arabic letters. With adult students we start with greetings, how to make simple statements, especially when introducing yourself, or how to talk to new people, how to ask questions politely, and how respond to similar questions and other things related to these. If my students are young children, I start learning from basic things they are familiar with at home, parts of house such as the sitting room, bed room, kitchen, and what is found in each of these, with emphasis on vocabularies, and make use of pictures for illustration. I make use of my knowledge of English language to make my explanation more clearer and easier.
