Primarily, my lessons can be guided by you if you wish to have your child learn a certain way, I will follow suit. However, my methods have been proven effective, as well as the hand made resources that I use, specific to each child and the region of learning they need to focus on. I use google meet and have been for the last 3 years as it allows me to seamlessly share an interactive whiteboard that both me and the child can use, as well as prepared powerpoint slides catered to your child. However, in person, I use this same approach with a powerpoint for visual learners, plenty of practise questions, and a whiteboard for doing things together. I know the 11+ curriculum back to front, and can guarantee a positive experience for your child, as long as they are willing to learn. I understand that kids of this age can find studying boring but I ensure to make it very enjoyable for the child due to the interactivity of the lessons and provide homework that is suited to the level I believe they are capable of. I have mostly tutored online, with around 3 tutees in person, and I do prefer face to face, however, I understand this is not possible sometimes. I do not only do 11+ tuition, I can also help with younger years if they need a boost, or even in secondary for maths, sciences and english. Message me for references from previous tutees!
