Aline Alves

Hello everyone,

I'm Aline and I'm a native Portuguese speaker. I have a vast love for languages; I also speak Spanish, Italian and Japanese. I feel happy and motivated to share my knowledge with people and show how nice can be to learn a new thing. My lessons involve history, anime, movies, news, books and culture. I like to bring to my students an idea of how the tasks could be; I'm very enthusiastic and I love to bring dynamics and challenges to my lessons, in order for the students to feel that they are progressing naturally.

In my usual day to day, I like to chat and listen to stories and ideas, and to understand the learning dynamics of each person; read about news, discover new books, create games and listen to other native speakers. These methods are some of the many ways I show students how learning a new language can be motivating and fun.

For companies looking for help from a Portuguese native speaker, I have years of experience in translation, converting languages in real-time, and translating videos and documents. I can also help companies who need a professional for meetings, phone calls and other professional purposes between Portuguese and English.

I am open to introducing different ways and understanding each situation as unique and special. I believe that every student and/or company has a need that should be addressed and a learning solution needs to be created that fits.
