For your child's english lessons, they will firstly be asked on what topic/ book you are currently studying at school. They will then tell me which areas you are struggling on the most and we will begin to go over those areas in more detail but in a way which is personalised to how you learn and remember things best. I have tutored children in the past and have found that every student learns differently, which is why I will test how your child learns best e.g. if they are a visual learner I will have them watch a video on the chapter as their homework and then when they attend the session we will collaboratively make a story board for your child to in-vision when they need to remember what happens in each part of the chapter. To test the effectiveness of these techniques we will apply them to exam questions, where I will help them with their exam technique.

For the location of these tutoring sessions, we can either meet at a middle point e.g. a Library or I am more than happy to tutor your child online.
