Hi! I have a grade A in A-level OCR Religious Studies, achieving A* in the Philosophy and Developments in Christian Thought components. I have also made many sample full mark essays and plans (as assessed by my teachers) which can be used to help students create their own plans and structure coherent, successful arguments to past and potential essay questions. Teaching approaches will be adapted to the student's needs, but, in general, the material will be covered through making mind maps on topics and colour coding points to form perceptive understanding as well as connections to highlight synoptic links within the course. I can also set and read essays by the student to suggest improvements in structuring and forming arguments in a written sense from the plans made either collaboratively with me, or alone. In addition, we will also practice planning and forming essays under timed conditions in preparation for exams!
