About me

I plan the curriculum I teach to my students based on their lifestyles, levels of competence, and aptitude to the subject. A free water and iterative planning method may benefit one student whereas another can benefit from a strict plan from the start that has little room for change.

My lessons are whatever the student needs to progress and develop.
I balance the capability of being both:

My lessons are whatever the student needs to progress and develop.
I balance the capability of being both:

Fun and boring
Understanding and expecting
Planning and free flowing
Entertaining and strict

I have experience in teaching younger people all sorts of subject, having been one of the few people in my area and community to complete school and go to university. I taught all ages about all sorts of things, such as beginners english for foreigners, mathematics to children and adolescents, physics and biology to younger cousins.
Professionally, I worked in tutoring agencies teaching mathematics, biology, and english literature and language whilst at university. I work with make-a-smile Leeds, a volunteer charity to bring entertaining events to children across the country, because I want to provide a beneficial service to the world to help people find independence and strength to pursue things that will make them happy, and take action to life the life they want.
For mathematics, an initial grace period (about 1/2 lesson to 2 lessons) will be conducted to identify the strengths of the student, and the areas to improve the student's understanding and conceptual linking of all other avenues of mathematics and knowledge in general. This approach allows for the knowledge of the student to progress from:

Unconscious incompetence
Conscious incompetence
Conscious competence
Unconscious competence

With the goal being unconscious competence, so that mathematics becomes something easy and automatic for the individual, increasing confidence and a sense of certainty in the individuals capabilities.
