I am a friendly and approachable tutor with experience in tutoring. My personality is very bubbly and I enjoy getting to know my students a little. I love English and I really enjoy teaching it. I have just graduated with an upper second-class degree from the University of York in English literature. I tailor my lessons to the student's individual needs, letting them know that they can get whatever they want out of these lessons and that I am here to help them with anything they struggle with. Lessons should be fun and entertaining instead of monotone and boring. I especially like to see my students improving and thriving. I like to make my lessons engaging and try and swap the format each time. My lessons are held on google meet. I share my screen with my students and present a powerpoint with any key information they may need. To engage the student, I use a shared google docs file where we can both edit different tasks and activities.
