Alicia Cuddy

Sciences, Maths and English have always been part of my main skill set. I have had experience tutoring many children at home, from a wide range of ages- from 5 year olds to 15 year olds. I offer a less traditional means of teaching that considers the difference in every individuals learning patterns and the way their mind works. I am a psychology (Bsc) undergraduate, meaning I am more aware of the cognitive, psychological and social advances that can be made to ensure my student is comfortable with what they are learning, as well as maximising the efficiency of the lessons they take part in.
I do my part for Charity, participating in many skydives to raise money for a range of causes- ranging from climate strikes to raising awareness for mental health. Therefore I would describe myself as passionate, dedicated and head on with my approach.
I will also go out of my way to set assignments, use online specifications, exam materials and any other extra resources to ensure you get the best grades possible.
I also have an anti-pressure approach, as I am a gentle and patient individual, and no matter how long it takes my students to grab a concept they can be assured that I will remain at their side. Therefore it is essential to remember that my online classrooms act as a safespace and a non- judgemental environment.
