I have been teaching primary children for the last 9 years. I've taught children from 5 to 9 years of age and have also managed gull key stages alongside teaching.

My strengths are in Mathematics but have also tutored/planned for all other subjects including English.

As a phase lead of Key Stage 1 and Lower Key Stage 2 I've been responsible for monitoring, observing and moderating teaching across the school and given constructive feedback to teachers.

I've carried out after school interventions/boosters to meet the needs of pupils of all abilities (from learning difficulties, SEND, greater depth/gifted and talented).

I have consistently been observed as outstanding/excellent and as a result have been responsible for training new teachers, supporting, observing and training student teachers and supporting qualified teachers who are under performing.
