As an experienced tutor, I have had the privilege of guiding students on their educational journey for the past two years. My passion for teaching and commitment to academic excellence have allowed me to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. With expertise in GCSE & A-Level Chemistry and Biology, I have successfully helped students grasp complex concepts, improve their grades, and develop a deep appreciation for the sciences. My focus on individualized instruction, adaptability to different learning styles, and strong communication skills have consistently earned positive feedback from students and parents alike. By fostering a love for learning and empowering students to reach their full potential, I have made a lasting impact on their academic success.

A generalistic insight into the structure of a typical lesson would entail an initial evaluation of the level of the student's understanding of the topic we are learning, a thorough, visual explanation of all the concepts and information the student would be required to know for their examinations and a conclusive verbal assessment or walkthrough of how to structure and complete exam questions on a said topic will be done towards the end of the lesson.
Exam questions/ completion of my tailor-made flashcards(which I produced when completing A-levels and allowed me to achieve an A*) will be assigned as homework.

Have taught over 100 students and would be more than happy to provide their feedback upon request.
I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO PROVIDE A FREE FIRST LESSON TO ENSURE SATISFACTION WITH STANDARD AND QUALITY OF TUTORING

Hi, I am one of Ali's A-Level Chemistry students. He has helped me all the way from the start, supporting me on every step of the journey. From when I started with a D to now having sat my AS Chemistry exam and predicted an A. He is always ready to fill any gaps in my understanding and knowledge, and then to practise what I have learnt with him. He has helped my with my exam technique allowing me to apply what I have learnt and if I am struggling, provides model answers that help me understand how to better apply my knowledge to get the full marks. He sets regular HWs so that I can build on what I have learnt with him and consolidate my learning, also providing time next session for any questions I may have and providing feedback on how I could improve my answers He explains the topics in a way that is easy to understand and does not rush things if I am struggling. He has been the biggest reason for my improvement and I am sure he will be able to help others the same way he helped me.

I’ve been to several tutors in the past but Ali was by far the best one I’ve had. He completely boosted my grades in the 1 year I went to him and I can personally vouch for him as a humble , professional and funny tutor. He’s my first recommendation to anyone who’s looking for a tutor.
