Currently, I am employed as a Financial Accountant (FA) at ISG, where I handle diverse tasks including weekly and monthly cash flow preparation, profit and loss analysis, VAT returns, and monthly payroll processes. My experience has equipped me with the skills needed to manage intercompany transactions, WIP preparation, and reporting on aged debtors and creditors. I have also played a key role in finalizing balance sheet reconciliations and assisting with statutory accounts, tax packs, and audit queries.
Previously, as an RTR Accountant at Burberry, I led stock take teams across EMEIA and America, managed complex stock provisions, and handled intercompany transactions across subsidiaries. I also prepared balance sheet reconciliations and worked closely with management on financial reporting.
In addition to my accounting and finance expertise, I bring a solid background in treasury operations from my time at Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL). My responsibilities included bank reconciliations, debt management, and processing multi-currency transactions.
I am proficient in various financial software tools and have a strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Additionally, my experience as an ACCA trainer has honed my communication skills, enabling me to effectively present financial insights and lead teams.
