I like to use structures in preparing lesson, I feel this plan is essential for the successful on both sides. I start by outlining clear learning objectives to guide the session, this is provided before each session. I break my sessions into manageable sections - for example to begin with a warm-up to engage the student, proceed with the core content delivery, and conclude with a review or practice activity / homework.

I am patient and encourage active learning, because this is a passion for me. I am a qualified auditor, working at a well-known top 10 firm in my country as well as in the global network. I work in the accounting and audit environment for more than a decade.

My core content of my lessons are tailored to the students needs, if the student if a graphic learner that is what is used, if the student prefer theory mainly than we use that format. For me it is about the student being the priority to successfully pass the subject or test.
