Lessons will be centred around the individuals weaknesses and areas in need of improvement, each lesson will be tailored to the pupil. More visual learners will have pictures and colours as a focus point in lessons, where as auditory learners will have more vocal based lessons incorporating a lot of conversation based learning; for many pupils the most effective way of learning will be a dynamic mix of multiple methods this also keeps younger people with a shorter attention span engaged for longer.
