From experience, I find conversational and creative approaches to learning are the most successful. Having pupils engaging with topics and using their own thinking to expand on the subject matter helps to embed what has been learnt. My lessons are fun and interesting, which is the secret to making education something a joy and not a chore! I focus on maximising student confidence, giving them the space to feel they can make mistakes as they are part of the learning journey.
